Before real estate, Richard managed the Food & Beverage department at TD Garden, home of the Boston Celtics and Boston Bruins Managing over 300 employees and 17,000+ guests per night sharpened his leadership, organization, and calm-under-pressure skills, all qualities he now brings to every client experience.

Outside of real estate, Richard is also a respiratory professional with aspirations in anesthesiology, showing his dedication to learning and mastery of complex details, a trait that makes him an absolute asset in today’s fast-moving market.
